Strategy Of Using Parabolic SAR - iq option strategy

The strategy of "Reversals" i.e. strategies using Parabolic SAR indicator that shows exactly when the trend reversal will take place. This indicator makes traders predict correctly where assets will move. The most profitable trade was opened right after the trend began or at the moment of reversal in trend!

Trade Preparation

Open iq option Trade and click on it and select the indicator Parabolic Sar. Next up will be featured as picture below

Parabolic Sar is shown in the form of colored dots (usually blue) who follow charts.

We see the dotted line. The shape of this line looks like a satellite dish, and that's why it is called Parabolic.

When the graph continues to rise, these points are below the graph, and when the graph continues to decline, then the dotted line that is on top of the charts.

As soon as the trend is finished (turn around), the last point covered by the graph, hit the charts, past it and flips, the dotted line next to point to the opposite direction.

The second part named SAR (Stop And Reverse/stop and Flipped) shows the process certainly is. The strategy of "the reversal" runs only on graphics Japan candle.

How to use it

Higher

wait till the first Parabolic point appears at the bottom of the Green candle. Open UP trade with the closing time of 5 minutes.

Lower

Wait until the first Parabolic point appears above the Red candle. Open trade DOWN with the closing time of 5 minutes.

Important!

• This strategy gives a signal only when there is a strong trend in the graph.

• the more the length of his points on the graph, the more stable the trend.

• the greater the distance between the points on the Parabolic SAR, the longer its     trade. It is               possible to get into a price pullback (movement contrary to the trends  that will most                             probably flipped again);

• the closer the dots on the graph, the more likely the trend to immediately flipped;
