Strategy Of Using The Indicator RSI - iq option indicator

RSI stands for Relative Streght Index. That serves to gauge whether asset price advantages (over buy) buy or sell excess (over sell).

RSI that is a good indicator to use in all market conditions and greatly help determine when to HIGHER or LOWER

Why do we need to use the indicator RSI?

• determine when our time pairs of haiger or lower

• Determine how strong the trend                                        

How do I use it?

1.      go to the Trading Platform IQ Option and select the graph of 2 Candles. Select the time period 1 minute Chart

2.       select Relative Strength Index Indicator

3.       click Advanced settings later in the column Period enter 14 then click Wear

4.       Look at the picture below to identify the line level Line Level 70%, 30% and RSI. There are 3 lines designated as the arrow in the picture below.

• the green line is the line level 70%

• Red line is the line level 30%

• Blue line is a line of RSI

How do I wear it?

Transaction higher

If the RSI line (blue) penetrates the line level is 30% (red) from the ground up then immediately open transaction higher

Important: use a closing time of 5 minutes.

Lower transaction

If the RSIline (blue) penetrates the line level 70% (green color) from top to bottom was soon open transaction lower.

Important: use a closing time of 5 minutes.

Overbuy (level indicator is above 70%) – the market moving above normal level and we hope it will soon fall back)

Oversell (level indicators are below 30%) – the market moves under the normal level and we hope it will soon rise again)

Important

1.       use the closing time or expirasi 5 minutes

2.       Select the time period 1 minute chart

3.       The longer the line is above the level line RSI 70% or below the line level 30% then the signal  will be more accurate. (for example: If the RSI is above 70% level line for 5 minutes or so then when the line moves down a line penetrates the RSI level of 70%, the resulting signal would be more accurate)

4.       Most of the signal on the RSI appears from 14.00 PM EST until 24.00 pm.

5.       We recommend to you to combine with other indicators RSI to filter out the wrong signals.
