TREN POINT WITH 2 PARABOLIC SAR
n trading charts usually appear wax charts that move long ago change direction. However, there is also a long moving graph and move on, so many traders are stuck in this situation. Consider the illustration below!
Reading this reversal strategy should pay attention to several things:
1. Must be able to see the saturation point of the market.
2. Use the right indicators.
In this article I will show 2 indicators that are quite powerful in reading the trend turning point. The indicator is
• Parabolic SAR indicator (acceleration 0,02 and acceleration max 0,2)
• Parabolic SAR indicator (acceleration 0,02 and acceleration max 0,2)
• Stochastic oscillator (15,3,3)
Strategy:
When a parabolic SAR point appears with a small number opposite to the trend direction then reappears the parabolic SAR points in the direction of the trend, this signal indicates that the trend has not changed direction.
When a parabolic SAR point dot appears with the opposite number of trend directions, a few parabolic SAR spots appear in the direction of the trend, this signal indicates that the trend is changing direction.
In the stochastic oscillator indicator note the upper and lower border lines.
